    In Multistep calculation layer:

  4. Payee Group

ICM provides the facility to create Payee Groups which are groupings of Payees based on the compensation plans to which they belong to. A Payee Group comprises of one or more Payee(s) and, one or more compensation plan(s). Each Payee and compensation plan will also have an associated start and end date. This functionality – having separate Payee Groups from Payee structure – means that: there is no need to create identical compensation plans for each Payee – one by one, Payees can belong to multiple compensation plans at the same time and when one wants to simulate and analyze the results of a proposed change to a compensation plan, existing groups can be copied and reused to create ad-hoc groups. Initially there are some groups like, Direct VP, Direct AVP, Senior Direct MC, Direct MC and Trainer.

  5. Visibility to Variable Compensation

ICM provides each payee complete visibility into their commissions on every sale. They can view the “line level” details of their commission and bonuses online at any time. From an easy Web interface, sales people are able to view out-of-the-box reports showing their attainment, commissions and more. RRI ICM will reduce the burden on plan administrators while making the compensation process more transparent to all participants.

GRI ICM also investigates and prepare summary of structural changes that have happened over the periods – like which payees changed what groups, received promotions, what new payees were added or terminated from payee group, what changes to one’s partners or channels have occurred, what new compensation plans have been introduced, and what existing plans have been altered.

  6. Payment Workflow

The payment workflow of ICM deals with Payment postings and adjustments, identifying who needs to be paid, the transactions they are being paid for, the amounts due, etc. It generates payment worksheet which have audit trail listing of all approvals, rejections, and modifications.
