Customer had the need of a fully automated platform facilitating to process the medical treatment and to sell their pharmacy products and medical equipments by maintaining the health care regulations (HIPAA). The objective of developing the application was set to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. Along with frequent change requests, data integrity, security, performance and optimized workflow were some of the key challenges needed to be addressed.
