IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a passionate individual whose role will be to assist product owners, product managers and other subject matter professionals in gathering, validating, and documenting various system information, requirements and needs. The person will carry out an in-depth evaluation and verification of the capabilities of systems, bridging the end-users and software developers, to ensure that product information is properly disseminated. S/he will participate in the SDLC, and as such be available to carryout instructions as directed by the lead analyst / product owner. We are looking for dynamic individuals capable of consistently delivering & exceeding expectations in the following:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (or, equivalent) from any reputed university
• MBA from any reputed university is very much desired (not mandatory)

• 2 years of experience as a Business Analysis/Product Analyst/Product Owner/Product Manager in the IT Industry, OR, 2 to 4 years of experience in any Software Engineering lead role, such as SQA/Test Lead. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
• Senior candidates can apply (a senior title would be considered for deserving candidates)
• Experience with International clientele in Agile methodology is an added advantage
• Must have good analytical skills and should be able to take pressure

• Business Analysis & Requirement management
• Coordinate between business and engineering team

• Engage with customers, end-users, product managers, and internal subject matter experts to understand the key requirements and workflows
• Provide creative solutions to business requirements & problems for a better User Experience and translate these into easy-to-understand system requirements
• Create detailed use cases supporting functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criterion
• Work closely with development/test/regulatory/product/business teams in an agile environment to refine and support the development, testing, and release of functionality
• Support key internal cross-functional activities necessary for successful product release
• Review, prioritize, comment and follow-up on product defects
• Develop technical proposals & documentations (i.e., white paper, case study, expertise in specific technology, architecture, etc.) based on R&D.
• Work collaboratively, act as a subject matter expert and work in a team environment to meet aggressive deadlines
• Must be able to handle pressure and deliver under tight deadlines
• Excellent business communication, negotiation, and formal presentation skill

• Experience with Requirement Management Tool is an advantage

• Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and leverage business analysis skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines
• Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize activities/projects for self and others
