Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Experience Requirements
- 3-4 years of industry experience.
Overview of the Responsibilities
- Designing and developing comprehensive test cases for web and desktop applications built on the Salesforce platform.
- Executing test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and security of critical operating assets financing applications.
- Writing and optimizing SQL queries to validate data integrity across various databases.
- Managing end-to-end test cycles, including deployment testing, regression testing, and performance testing.
- Creating and maintaining detailed test documentation to support quality assurance processes.
- Collaborating closely with development teams to track, prioritize, and resolve defects using the fully automatized system.
- Adhering to established QA processes and guidelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
Key Requirements
- Strong proficiency in designing and executing test cases for web or desktop applications.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform testing is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries to perform data validation and verification.
- Ability to independently manage and prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Nice To Have Requirements
- Previous exposure to financing or lending industry processes and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
