Educational Requirements

Overview of the Responsibilities
Core SOFTWARE Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using C#/.NET following clean architecture, SOLID principles, and modern engineering practices.
- Develop RESTful APIs, background services, and microservices using .NET and cloud-native patterns.
- Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations using SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and technical documentation.
- Build secure and reliable cloud-based applications on Azure or AWS environments.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver production-grade software solutions.
AI & Modern Development
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, context management, agents, skills, and agentic workflows.
- Integrate LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude or similar) into product features — including RAG pipelines, copilot-style features, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Cursor, or similar tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, reliability, security, and business relevance; debug, test, and understand AI-assisted code before shipping it.
- Stay updated with evolving AI engineering practices, frameworks, and tooling, and apply practical AI integration patterns within existing .NET ecosystems.
- Incorporate relevant suggestions from the GenAI team to improve development workflows and product capabilities.
Collaboration
- Work with cross-functional teams — designers, QA engineers, and product managers — to deliver high-quality software on tight iteration cycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas through PRs, technical documentation, design notes, and asynchronous updates.
