Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive who will support our Accounts, Logistics, and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills, excellent command of English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are essential for this position.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Overview of the Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance:
- Prepare financial documents such as vouchers, vendor bills, and monthly financial reports.
- Prepare and calculate VAT returns, VDS, TDS, tax documents, and submit them within required deadlines.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting activities.
- Assist in company asset and expenditure management as per company policy.
Logistics & Supply Coordination
- Maintain and track all logistics-related activities, including shipments, deliveries, and inventory movement.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all logistics transactions.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in maintaining inventory records.
- Support end-to-end logistics planning to ensure smooth operational flow.
Administrative Support
- Assist the Admin team with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
- Organize and coordinate procurement and office management activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, filing, and records for both accounts and logistics.
- Ensure smooth communication among internal departments, vendors, and relevant stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills with strong command of English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Dependable, responsive to instruction, and able to improve through feedback.
- Strong coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.
