Educational Requirements

Overview of the Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Next.js applications and deliver mobile builds using Capacitor, integrating with backend APIs as needed.
- Apply AI-first engineering practices to improve development, testing, debugging, documentation, and delivery efficiency while maintaining code quality and security.
- Identify and integrate practical AI-enabled features into web and mobile applications, such as intelligent automation, smart search, recommendations, or workflow optimization.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other developers to define requirements, design solutions, and support development, testing, and deployment.
- Work proactively in a fast-changing environment, adapting to evolving requirements and proposing practical improvements to meet project goals.
- Communicate regularly with US-based clients and stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, OpenCLaw, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Familiarity with LLM concepts, AI agents, agentic workflows, tool use, reusable AI skills, AI APIs, or LLM-based services in software engineering.
- Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs to ensure reliability, maintainability, privacy, and production readiness.
- Good in Algorithms, OOP, and Passionate in problem solving.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Thorough understanding of React.js and Next.js fundamentals (components, state management, routing) and core principles.
- Mobile app development experience using Next.js + Capacitor and React Native.
- Experience delivering production mobile apps (iOS/Android), including local development, debugging, testing, and release processes.
- Familiarity with common mobile capabilities and integrations such as authentication, offline storage, notifications, permissions, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
- Build reusable components, Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
- Develop and maintain unit tests for front-end code.
- Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3.
- Knowledge of developing web applications using ASP .NET Core, C# will be given preference.
- Experience in consuming RESTful services is a must.
- Experience with source control and modern CI/CD practices, including build/release pipelines and deployment automation (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, TFS, or similar tools).
Nice To Have Requirements
- Familiarity with publishing and maintaining mobile apps (basic understanding of iOS/Android build signing and app store release processes).
- Experience in TypeScript.
- Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI/LLM platforms.
- Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation or AI-powered chat interfaces.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
