Who are we looking for?
We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals who are passionate about software quality assurance and can leverage Generative AI tools to enhance testing efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong QA fundamentals with a genuine curiosity for AI-driven automation.
Educational Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or a related field.
Experience Requirements
- 0 – 2 years of experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Overview of the Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and system-level testing
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across applications
- Build and maintain AI-assisted test automation workflows using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar
- Create, execute, and manage test cases, test plans, and defect reports
- Automate repetitive QA and business testing processes to improve coverage and speed
- Integrate test automation frameworks and connect systems for end-to-end QA pipelines
- Use AI tools to assist in test case generation, test data creation, and root cause analysis
- Review, debug, test, and understand AI-generated scripts and answers before using them
- Identify, document, and track bugs; work closely with developers for timely resolution
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for test processes, scripts, and QA results
- Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to define and uphold quality standards
Key Requirements
- Basic programming knowledge (Python preferred, JavaScript is a plus)
- Understanding of QA fundamentals — test design, test lifecycle, and defect management
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, and system integration concepts
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman or similar
- Basic knowledge of Generative AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar
- Ability to use AI-generated answers carefully, with proper understanding, debugging, and testing
- Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn new QA tools, automation frameworks, and Generative AI-based testing approaches
Nice To Have Requirements
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress (basic level)
- Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter or k6
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA or similar
- Exposure to automation tools like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or UiPath
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Exposure to agentic workflows, AI assistants, or reusable AI skills
