Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience.
- Experience in clinical trial management systems (CTMS) or clinical research project management will be a strong advantage.
Overview of the Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project coordination and ensure timely delivery of all assigned clinical research projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, CROs, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee project communication, escalation handling, and stakeholder alignment
- Perform advanced quality control (QC) of data across Microsoft Excel files and online systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Review and validate rater training data and ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Send and approve site qualification memos to clinical study sites for assessment readiness
- Manage and mentor Junior Project Coordinators and support training of new hires
- Lead or participate in client meetings, internal reviews, and project status calls
- Identify risks, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth project execution
- Continuously improve project workflows and coordination processes

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Experience with CTMS platforms or clinical research systems
- Prior experience in mentoring or leading small teams
- Strong stakeholder management skills in international environments
