Who are we looking for?
A seasoned ML professional who can architect, build, and scale real-world machine learning systems from research to production.
Educational Requirements
B. Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering or any other engineering, Mathematics or Statistics (or similar) from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, and advanced analytics, with some experience in leadership roles.
Overview of the Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver production-grade ML systems ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and maintainability.
- Define and streamline MLOps practices, including deployment, monitoring, and retraining frameworks.
- Partner with Data Scientists to transform experimental models into efficient production-ready solutions.
- Build CI/CD pipelines tailored for ML workflows (data validation, feature engineering, drift detection).
- Ensure responsible AI practices, focusing on model fairness, explainability, and bias mitigation.
- Oversee model performance optimization: hyperparameter tuning, efficient training, and inference acceleration.
- Maintain robust machine learning and data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- Mentor teams on advanced analytics, ethical AI, and bias mitigation.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Experience with scalable training: GPUs/TPUs, distributed learning, model parallelism.
- Hands-on expertise in MLOps tooling (MLflow, SageMaker, or similar).
- Experience in orchestration and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes or similar).
- Hands on experience of model monitoring, drift detection, and feedback loops in production environments.
- Expert in modern programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, R)
Nice To Have Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, generative AI, or foundation model deployment.
- Exposure to recommendation systems, search, or personalization platforms.
- Exposure to any Data Warehouse Development (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, Azure Synapse).
- Notable experience in Kaggle or other machine learning competitions.
