We are looking for dynamic individuals having the following qualities:

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • 8-12 years of industry experience with at least 4-5 years focused on MDM architecture and implementation.

Overview of the Responsibilities

  • Designing and architecting the MDM hub, including defining the logic and algorithms for creating the golden record from multiple source systems.
  • Establishing and implementing data governance frameworks, including data ownership models, stewardship processes, and quality rules.
  • Coordinating closely with data engineers to oversee the technical implementation and integration of MDM solutions.
  • Leading the MDM strategy and roadmap development, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
  • Collaborating with business leadership—including VP of Finance and clinical ops leadership—to drive consensus on data definitions, ownership, and governance policies.
  • Evaluating and recommending appropriate MDM tools and technologies (Informatica, Reltio, Profisee, etc.) for the organization.
  • Ensuring the MDM initiative stays on track from conception through to successful implementation and go-live.

Key Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in designing and implementing end-to-end MDM solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on technical depth with Databricks and Apache Spark for large-scale data processing.
  • Proven experience establishing data governance frameworks and running governance meetings with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, data integration patterns (ETL/ELT, APIs), and data quality principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written—with the credibility and presence to sit in a room with VPs and secure agreement on data ownership.
  • Ability to independently lead and coordinate teams without direct authority.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong command of English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Dependable, responsive to instruction, and able to improve through feedback.
  • Strong coordination skills across teams and stakeholders.

Nice To Have Requirements

  • Previous exposure to technology services or consulting industry working with global clients.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
