Project Manager

• BSc. in Computer Science & Engineering (or, equivalent) from any reputed university
• MBA in relevant field will be an advantage

• PMP and/or Scrum Certification will be an advantage

• 4 to 6 years of experience in any Software Engineering lead role, such as SQA/Test Lead
• Experience in project management is a plus

• Keep track of software project progress, and ensure all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Sprint planning, project planning, prioritizing, and delivering client requirements and handling production releases.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
• Actively communicating with stakeholders.
• Preparing a detailed project plan with key project milestones & activities.
• Conducting scrum meetings, tracking projects, and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects meet all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, etc.
• Develops and implements project management discipline, practice, and standards.
• Reporting to the Management/Stakeholders as required.
• Ensuring project resourcing according to the client’s need.
• Ensuring all the logistic support to the project.

• Experience in strategic analysis, project planning, risk management, and scope management.
• Extensive knowledge in Software Processes and Methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Must have a solid understanding of SDLC & PDLC as well as expert knowledge of Agile project management principles and practices.
• Excellent business communication & negotiation skills in English.
• Understanding of the latest Architectural Designs and Cloud technologies is a plus.
• Adherent to teamwork and always represent the team in work and achievement.
• Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Ensure project delivery on time and ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify risks, prepare risk remediation plans, and implement them accordingly.

• Background in Software Development will be preferred.
• Extreme interpersonal skills to communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with Agile Project Methodologies will be an added advantage.
• Working experience in Project Management Tools.
