Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduation in BBA with concentration in HRM from any reputed university.
- Candidate from CSE background is also encouraged to apply.
Experience Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with Software Industry is an added advantage.

Key Requirements
- Plan HR activities strategically with the management to benefit the business and motivate people to produce more effective work.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent.
- Oversee all hiring and induction processes for new hires.
- Continually educate employees on company policies and strategies.
- Maintaining employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamwork.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration and make sure that management and staff are effectively connected.
- Regularly meet with employees to discuss and resolve any issues or complaints they may have as well as to review and evaluate their progress.
- Make the required preparations to guarantee that the organization’s branding is done correctly.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge on MS Office Package and G-Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Have the mentality to work long hour as and when required.
- Any other job assigned by the top management.

- PGD in HRM will be an advantage.
