As the department lead, the position will directly contribute to our business culture. The applicant should possess a strong sense of leadership and thorough knowledge of all current HR trends.

Educational Requirements

  • Minimum Graduation in BBA with concentration in HRM from any reputed university.
  • Candidate from CSE background is also encouraged to apply.

Experience Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Software Industry is an added advantage.

Key Requirements

  • Plan HR activities strategically with the management to benefit the business and motivate people to produce more effective work.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source the best talent.
  • Oversee all hiring and induction processes for new hires.
  • Continually educate employees on company policies and strategies.
  • Maintaining employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamwork.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration and make sure that management and staff are effectively connected.
  • Regularly meet with employees to discuss and resolve any issues or complaints they may have as well as to review and evaluate their progress.
  • Make the required preparations to guarantee that the organization’s branding is done correctly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong knowledge on MS Office Package and G-Suite.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Have the mentality to work long hour as and when required.
  • Any other job assigned by the top management.

Nice To Have Requirements

  • PGD in HRM will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a highly visible role.
