Data Scientist (R Proficient)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Statistics from a reputed university.

• 2 to 4 years of industry experience in data science or machine learning.

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights using statistical techniques and advanced data analytics.
• Develop and implement machine learning models, algorithms, and predictive analytics to solve complex business problems.
• Develop & fine-tune machine learning models and deep learning algorithms.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and data visualization to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product developers, data engineers and business analysts to drive decisions.
• Develop data pipelines for data cleansing, data modeling and feature engineering.
• Build KPIs, high quality dashboards and other data products.
• Effective communication with US clients.

• Strong proficiency in R programming language is a must, including demonstrated experience in data manipulation, visualization, and statistical analysis using R.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms.
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and time series analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as ggplot2, Shiny, or Plotly.
• Expertise in statistical techniques (regression, classification, segmentation, etc.)
• Curious mindset to dive into complex problems and analytical approach to find a solution.
• Sense of ownership of work.

• Proficiency in Python.
• Excellent communication skill in English.
• Must be willing to work on flexible office hours.
• Willing to take ownership and handle workload proactively.
• Adherent to teamwork and always represent team in work and achievement.
• Motivated to learn and work with new technologies.
