Lead Generative AI Engineer

• B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering, any other engineering discipline, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field from a reputed university.

• At least 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and deploying data-driven ML/AI solutions. 
• Practical experience with classical machine learning algorithms, model development, model evaluation, and production deployment. 
• Experience with Generative AI, LLM-based applications, or AI-assisted engineering workflows will be strongly preferred. 
• Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior engineers. 

• Develop and deploy production-grade ML and Generative AI solutions. 
• Build reliable, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions from experimentation to production. 
• Lead the design and support of practical Generative AI use cases such as LLM-powered applications, AI assistants, RAG, and agentic workflows. 
• Work with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and domain experts to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions. 
• Build CI/CD pipelines for ML and AI workflows, including data validation, feature engineering, model validation, prompt/version management, and drift detection. 
• Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, and similar platforms responsibly. 
• Review, debug, test, and validate AI-generated code before using it in production. 
• Mentor junior engineers and help teams use Generative AI tools effectively in their day-to-day engineering work. 
• Communicate clearly with foreign clients and cross-functional teams.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages. 
• Practical experience building LLM-powered applications such as AI assistants, RAG systems, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted engineering tools. 
• Experience with LLM APIs and/or locally hosted LLMs, including tools such as LM Studio, Ollama, vLLM, Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI or similar platforms. 
• Experience with LangSmith, LangChain, LangGraph, foundation models, RAG, vector databases, or prompt evaluation. 
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar. 
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar tools. 
• Ability to review, debug, test, and validate AI-generated code before using it in production. 
• Solid understanding of statistics, probability, hypothesis testing, and experimental design. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and good communication skills in English. 
• Experience with agents, skills, AI coding workflows, or internal AI assistant development. 

• Familiarity with ML cloud services such as Azure Machine Learning, AWS, GCP, or similar. 
• Experience with orchestration and containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Airflow, Kubeflow, or similar. 
• Hands-on experience with MLOps, DevOps, model deployment, monitoring, and feedback loops. 
• Good understanding of data engineering and ETL operations. 
• Notable experience in Kaggle or other machine learning competitions.
