Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone who can keep our Agile teams moving — someone who's comfortable running the day-to-day rhythm of Scrum, isn't afraid to chase people down for updates, and can bridge the gap between developers, QA, business analysts, and stakeholders without things getting lost in translation.
If you've got a technical or business background, know your way around Scrum and Kanban, and genuinely enjoy keeping projects organized and on track, we'd love to hear from you.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, IT, Business Administration, or something related.
- Coming from a Business Analyst background or similar? You’re welcome to apply too.
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years in a Scrum Master, Agile Coordination, Business Analysis, or Software Development role (or something in that neighborhood).
- Bonus points if you’ve worked directly with software development teams before.
Overview of the Responsibilities
- Running the Scrum ceremonies — stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retros — and making them useful, not just routine.
- Managing Scrum and Kanban workflows day to day.
- Following up with the team regularly so nothing quietly falls behind.
- Keeping an eye on sprint progress and making sure commitments actually get delivered.
- Spotting blockers, risks, and dependencies before they become real problems.
- Being the connective tissue between developers, QA, BAs, Product Owners, and stakeholders.
- Keeping everything documented and tracked in ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.
- Giving clear, regular updates on where things stand — the good and the not-so-good.
- Helping the team get better at Agile over time, not just follow it by the book.
Key Requirements
- A solid grasp of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles.
- Enough technical understanding to follow the software development lifecycle.
- Strong follow-up instincts — you notice when something’s stalling and you do something about it.
- The confidence to hold people accountable, kindly but firmly.
- Sharp problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar tools.
- Ease working with both technical teams and international clients.
Nice To Have Requirements
- A CSM or PSM certification.
- Past life as a Software Engineer, QA Engineer, Business Analyst, or Technical Project Coordinator.
- Experience with international clients or distributed teams.
What's in it for you?
- Very competitive salary and long-term benefits with excellent career opportunity in a focused & stable organization.
- Opportunity to interact with multinational conglomerates.
- Most importantly a friendly work environment with opportunity to learn from a number of highly skilled mentors.
- Weekend: Saturday and Sunday.
